Kick off the August Bank Holiday Weekend with *Gainz n Brunch: Carnival Edition* the first Gainz n Brunch Event of the year!
Join us for a high energy Soca Step with Selina, followed by Mr Gainz Signature Spin Class with the carnival vibe we all know and love.
Schedule
- Soca Step starts at 11:00AM sharp with a 30min break between classes to re-energise before we power into Soca Spin at 12:30PM
- After we've burned it up, let's keep the carni fun rolling at *Cotton's in Shoreditch* . Indulge in 90mins of bottomless rum punch and a delicious 3 course meal that bring the taste of the islands and satisfy those cravings.
With our jam packed limited edition goodie bags featuring Carnival Weekend Essentials, this event will be the warm up to the festive weekend.
