Every session has a purpose
GRX Conditioning
Mondays 5:30am
High-energy conditioning that builds capacity, resilience, and mental grit. Functional movement, intervals, group atmosphere. You’ll leave fitter and sharper.
GRX Relay
Wednesdays 5:30am
Team-based conditioning. You’re not just training next to people, you’re training with them. Builds capacity and camaraderie at the same time.
GRX Lower
Saturdays 7:30am
Lower-body strength and circuit work. Glutes, quads, hamstrings, posterior chain. Purposeful loading without burnout, the kind of session that pays you back in everyday strength.
Gainz Upper
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30am
Upper-body strength using machines. Back, shoulders, arms, posture. Accessible to any level (no experience needed) and structured to build real strength block on block.
Gainz Rhythm
Mondays 7:30pm | Thursdays 6:30am | Saturdays 9am
Music-led cycling built around flow, energy, and atmosphere. Move with the beat, sweat with purpose, leave energised.
